Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days, although we will try our best to get them out sooner when possible. To lessen our carbon footprint, we recycle boxes and packing materials whenever possible.

If any items in your order are out of stock, we will notify you via the email associated with your account to determine how you would like to handle backordered products.

We use Canada Post to ship to destinations in Canada and the USA. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and weight of the order. Available shipping options, estimated delivery times and pricing to your destination will be available for your selection and review during the checkout process. All orders ship from our Boutique in Waterloo, Ontario.

International duties and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the receiver and are not included in the cost of your order.

Returns and Refund Policy

Any damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of your order. In the case of visible damage to the outer packaging, please file a claim with Canada Post directly (or alternate carrier as applicable). In the case of damages not resulting from Postal Carrier error, or in the case of shortages, your account will be adjusted accordingly.

Other Returns

We anticipate that you will love the products that you purchase from Angels’ Voice. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at 519-886-6351 or use our Contact Form here.

Returns must be:

  • Returned to us in saleable condition within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Packaged appropriately for shipping and in original packaging with safety seals intact.
  • Accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (provided when you contact us).
  • Items that are damaged or marked are not returnable

For returns that meet the above conditions, a full refund will be issued back to the credit card used to make the purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Please note that crystals and gemstones are naturally occurring products produced by Mother Nature and may contain cracks, lines, inclusions and imperfections. This is normal and is not considered a defect.

Due to their nature, digital downloads are non-refundable. Should you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.


Event and Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy

Angels’ Voice reserves the right to cancel any event due to low enrollment or other circumstances that may make the event non-viable. If Angels’ Voice cancels an event that you have registered for, you will be offered a full refund.

Angels’ Voice shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event that an event, retreat, or workshop is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to an Act of God, unforeseen occurrence, or any other incident that renders the performance of the event, retreat, or workshop impractical or impossible. This includes acts of war, fire, extreme weather, or other emergency beyond our control.

Event cancellations by a participant must be received in writing (via email) 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the event. No refunds will be issued if the request is received less than two weeks before the event. Cancellations received prior to 2 weeks of the event will receive a refund minus an  administration fee equal to 25% of the full event registration price.

Cancellation and refund request must be made in writing via email by the person who has registered for the event and is the credit card holder. Refunds will be made back onto the credit card that was used to pay for the event.
